Saying Goodbye to Scrappin Outloud

May 1st, Scrappin Outloud officially closes the doors. The good news is that it will merge with Scrap It Sassy.

For me its the end of the very first store I was accepted as a designer, yet its still great to know that the merge is with another of my fine stores. I remember the excitement I felt when Sherry and Jen accepted me as a designer and wow when Sherry message me that I made a sale in my first few days there, if I coulda turned cartwheels lol, you can bet I woulda.

To Sherry and Jen, I have to say a huge thank you for giving me my very first opportunity as a designer and for all the encouragement showered my way by Sherry, who would spend time working and chatting with me . I am proud to call Sherry my friend yet today!

To Erin, thank you for preserving Scrappin Outloud and what a merge this is!! So many wonderful designers brought together in 1 big store.

I have come a long way since that day when I first joined Scrappin Outloud and I have also cut down the volume of my stores to have more time spending creating quality products. Soon my store in The Scrapping Mall will be open and I have joined up with Elite Designer Resources which opens the doors on May 1, info to follow on these stores pretty soon!

I will always fondly remember Scrappin Outloud and I am sure that the store will always hold a special place in my heart. Thanks again Sherry and Jen!!

Heres a description of this tree:

300DPI 1200x1200
This lovely Bling Tree will be perfect for any project!! There is a psd and a psp file in the zip, the colored tree is not included.
The tree, hanging bling, teardrops, and each bling of the tree are all on seperate layers for you to recolor. You could make your blings in 1 color or go for a rainbow of colors and you can move them around for different looks, very versitable!! It reduces to Tagger Size very well.

A Special Gift I Received

Since I have become a designer, many nice things ahve happened to me. Well, one of the nicest things I can think of is a gift I received recently.

A couple months ago I was the Highlight Designer at Rak Scraps and met the nicest family there. Angela who is a CT for Rak Scraps and her 5 year old daughter Lego Princess!!

Lego Princess loves to scrap and she used some of my kits to create presents which impressed me tremendously, she did an awesome job!!!
Well she got a template of a doll from Scrappin Cops blog and created the cutest little doll!! I received it as a gift from her and I am sharing the layout I did of my granddughter here,,,,the little doll on the frame is none other than Lego Princess gift to me!!

I am posting my Angel Chronicles Feb into the stores this week, already a couple stores have them and all will by end of week.

Now I have a surprise and this is a ONE TIME only thing. At Creativity Box I have November, December and January Angel Chronicles all set in the 43 cent sale!! This will help anyone who wants to catch up on the series get caught up. This will never happen again so its a great time to take advantage. The January is also on sale at TKO for 43 cents. These 43 cent sales go through January 31st only. On Feb 1 all previous kits will not available so go grab them while you can!!

My CT, Denise sent me this absolutely Stunning layout she created with the January edition of Angel Chronicles which will be hitting the stores on January 1.
It is just soooo stunning and I love how she used the praying hands in her layout, those arent part of the kit but I sure wish I had thought of it, lol.

I used my new kit Angel Chronicles January that will be hitting the stores on January 1 to create this layout of my daughter Jennifer using my favorite ever picture of her!
I dont get to see her often so I keep pictures of all my children and grandchildren close, they all live 1000 miles away from me so pictures help keep me sane!!!
